Half-Day Tours
As your exclusive guide I'm happy to be flexible and discuss each booking in order to make sure your tour suits your needs.
Here is a selection of the many half day tours that I provide.
A morning half day tour can last up to four hours, until 13:00 at the latest.
Afternoon half day tours last up to four hours again but this time finishing no later than 18:00 (although of course I'm happy to extend an afternoon tour into the evening if you would like).
Please note that most of these individual tours last around two to two and a half hours each but can be mixed and matched and extended if you wish.
Out of London Tours
Fancy getting out of London for the day? Just an hour’s drive from central London, you’ll find two of the most magnificent buildings to be seen in the country…
Windsor Castle and Hampton Court Palace are a must see for royal history fans. Read on for more.
Virtual Tours
Looking to learn more about London in a fun and accessible way but can’t visit in-person right this moment? How about booking one of my 60 minute virtual tours which are super interactive, fun and engaging. One of the great things about touring virtually is that you can literally cover so much more ground than in-person and there's no time spent walking from place to place or lining up and you'll always be dry no matter what the weather is! Jokes aside, the detail that can be seen with images on-screen can often be even more intense than in real life... seriously, allow me to prove it!
Some people too often try to compare in-person tours with virtual tours but for me they can’t be compared, each type of tour is great in its own right but for different reasons. I’ve been providing virtual tours of London since early 2020 and produce such tours from my home in North London, using Microsoft PowerPoint and Zoom. They’ve proven popular with all sorts of people, groups of university third age students, corporate groups but most of the virtual tours that I’ve delivered have been for families with children and or school groups.
Please take a moment to check out my TripAdvisor account to see my virtual tour reviews. I've ensured each of my virtual tours are packed full of colourful slides, featuring high quality images and even some video inserts too. I like to ask those that join my virtual tours questions throughout – a nice mix of just-for-fun and have-a-guess questions, nothing too heavy! These are fun virtual tours, not an online examination! I make use of the various Zoom features, such as Chat and Polls and encourage the use of as many Reactions as possible too. The more hearts, thumbs up, claps, laughing reactions, the more the better I say. This isn't just about watching my slides and listening to me, ask a question or go wild and enter in a comment! It’s a live show after all. See below for the various virtual tours that I provide.
Want something more specific for a particular audience? No problem, please contact me to discuss further. See you online soon hopefully!
